Pieterskerk

The location we have chosen is the Pieterskerk in Leiden. This beautiful historical building offers space to over 800 participants and, at this very moment, forms the decor for amongst others concerts, congresses, parties, fairs, exhibitions, and a short while ago even for the granting of an honorary doctorate to queen Beatrix. After May 11th the Pieterskerk has added a new event to its list of prestigious events: an appealing and above all informative seminar on digital entertainment.

For the parallel sessions, we will be using the many old (and new) buildings in the near environment. Examples are the academy building and the recently renovated Kamerlingh Onnes building.

A seminar on informatics in a church will create an almost surreal image and will undoubtedly leave memories of an unforgettable happening for the participants.
